In this activity based on dinosaurs The enjoyment comes from the use of our imaginations to create our own world from the perspective of dinosaurs. You can make use of anything you have at home. Begin by talking to your child about how a dinosaur’s world would look like and what they’ll need to feel comfortable in their world. Be sure to ask plenty of questions to aid them in finding the answer. For instance, dinosaurs require water to survive. Therefore, ask them what they would consume? Instruct them that dinosaurs are outdoors, and therefore they know that the water they drink originates from lakes and rivers.

Super Simple Putty
Ingredients:
Three cups of water
Three cups of the flour divided into 3 cups,
3/4 cup of salt
8.8 teaspoons of tartar-based cream
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Food colouring, any colours you’d like to create your own putty
Spatula
Whisk
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized to large saucepan, combine your dry ingredients , mixing wellbefore adding your wet ingredients. With the large spatula or spoon to mix all the ingredients till the mix is free of clumps.
2. Mixture over medium temperature, and then whisk it often. As you continue stirring the mixture, it will begin to form a clump. Return to the spatula to mix and keep mixing. If a large clump of mixture has formed, take it off of the heat and allow it to cool.
3. Once it has cooled to a pleasant temperature, you can begin to work the putty by hand. When the consistency is uniform start separating the putty into sections that are even when you’re making different colors. In this batch, we could make quite a few different shades. To apply the food colouring create an impression using your thumb in the middle of the ball. Slowly add the drops of food colouring in each time, making sure the colour is evenly distributed. Once you’ve reached the desired colour intensity it’s time to play!
*Store for up for 6 to 12 months inside a plastic bag.
Have fun exploring your dinosaur world!
